At Desk Don, we aim to ensure that your RGB light strips reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery procedures.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.


Shipping Timeframes

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Typical delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, holidays, or unforeseen delays.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions during special sales or offers — keep an eye on our homepage or social media for updates.


Order Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to check your delivery progress in real-time.

Delays or Failed Deliveries

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain factors (such as weather conditions, courier delays, or inaccurate shipping addresses) may affect delivery timelines.
In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.deskdon@gmail.com with supporting photos or videos.
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working toward offering international delivery soon — stay tuned for updates.
